you must read all terms and conditions to commission me.
if you have not read my TOS, i will not accept your commission.

✓ i WILL draw:
• real people
• plus-size bodies
• mobility aids
• ship art (oc x canon too)
• anthro / furry
• animatronics
• blood / light gore
• mecha (maybe)

✗ i WONT draw:
• heavy gore / guro
• most character death (ask)
• sexualized minors / illegal ships
• fetish content
• any discriminatory content
• anything im uncomfortable with

our rights! ⭐*˙

i have the right to:	you have the right to:	you do not have the right to:
use your piece in my portfolio.	not consent to the sharing of wips on social media.	steal or trace your commission.
turn down your commission at any time for any reason.	remain anonymous.	issue a chargeback without my knowledge, especially after a piece is completed.
to deny refunds after the completion of the commission.	contact me regarding your commission at any time for any reason.	to use non-commercial commissions commercially without purchasing commercial rights.
pause work on commissions to pursue my own health, especially when sick. all clients will be notified of this happening.	request an NDA (+$100 USD)	to put my artwork into AI / NFT/ crypto sites or generators. i will press charges.

additional payment notes! ⭐*˙

payment rules:

• payment must be given upfront and in full or half before the sketch and half after.
• payment plans may be discussed if you're unable to pay 50/50, especially in regards to large commissions!
• if you request a refund, you will receive the amount equal to progress made.
• if i’m 75% done, you would receive a 25% refund and the artwork as-is.

additional fees:

• commercial usage fee: +20% of total commission cost
• rush fee: +50% of total commission cost
• detailed/complex backgrounds: +$15-20 USD
• extensive changes after the lining phase: up to +$30 USD
• complex design fee: +$10 USD
• NDA: +$100 USD
