• to use your piece in my portfolio.
• to turn down your commission for whatever reason at any time.
• to deny refunds after completion of the commission.

you have the right...
• to not consent to your commission being streamed on my Twitch channel.
• to remain anonymous in your commission.
• to contact me at any point regarding your commission for any reason.

you do NOT have the right...
• to steal, trace, or post WIP images of your commission anywhere without my explicit permission.
• to issue a chargeback without my knowledge, especially after a piece is completed.
• to use a non-commercial commission commercially.
• to put my work into AI / NFT / crypto sites or generators. i will press charges.

payment notes

• payment must be given upfront and in full or half before the sketch and half after.
• commercial usage fee is +20% of your commission price.
• rush fee is +50% of your commission price.
• detailed/complex backgrounds will cost an additional $15-20 USD.
• additional revisions after the lining phase will cost a fee up to $15 USD depending on how much is being changed.
• if you request a refund, you will receive the amount equal to progress made.
(ex: if i’m 75% done, you would receive a 25% refund and the artwork as-is.)
